Richard Campanelli has signed on with PARMA to record and release his 3-movement “Piano Sonata” on an upcoming compilation.
Richard holds a DMA from the Univeristy of Michigan where he studied with Leslie Bassett and William Bolcom. His awards include the Charles Ives Scholarship and a Goddard Leiberson Fellowship from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, a Meet the Composer Grant, The Nikos Skalkottas Fellowship for study at Tanglewood, and The Holtkamp Prize for new organ music. This will be Richard’s first PARMA project.
